Five alcohol-free cocktails
1. Paloma

A true Feragaia favourite, our Feragaia Paloma.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Feragaia
  • 15ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • Tonic
  • Pink grapefruit garnish 

    Method:

    • Combine Feragaia, pink grapefruit juice and salt in a highball glass. 
    • Stir until salt dissolved, add ice, top with tonic and garnish with pink grapefruit




    2. Bramble
    Brambles (or blackberries) are well known for their soft, succulent sweetness and earthy undertones. They are usually in season through to early October, 

    Ingredients:

    • Feragaia Bramble
    • 50ml Feragaia
    • 5 foraged blackberries
    • 15ml fresh lemon juice
    • Ginger ale
    • Bramble & Lemon Garnish

    Method:

    • Combine Feragaia and lemon juice in a rocks glass. Crush x 4 blackberries into the mix, add ice and top with ginger ale. Garnish with remaining bramble and slice of orange/lemon



     

    3. Sour
    There is an indulgence and smooth luxury to a sour cocktail. Here warming spice is balanced with citrusy sour notes and a touch of sweetness brought by the pear and ginger.

    Ingredients:

    • 50ml Feragaia
    • 10ml cloudy apple juice
    • 15ml fresh lemon
    • 10ml ginger syrup
    • 25ml aquafaba/egg white 
    • Apple garnish 

    Method:

    • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
    • Shake, strain over ice into a rocks glass and garnish with apple




    4. Smokey Old Fashioned
    The defining, earthy depth of Feragaia sits reassuringly alongside the savoury flavours in this cocktail, which makes it a worthy evolution of the iconic cocktail.  

    Ingredients:

    • 50ml Feragaia
    • 15ml lapsang souchong tea
    • 10ml ginger syrup 
    • 5ml fresh lime juice 
    • Orange twist garnish

    Method:

    • Add all ingredients to a rocks glass
    • Add ice block, stir for dilution and garnish with an orange twist




    5. Wild Mojito
    A refreshing and punchy cocktail that hits all corners of the palate

    Ingredients:

    • 50ml Feragaia
    • 15ml fresh lime juice
    • 10ml honey 
    • 5 mint leaves
    • Tonic
    • Mint sprig garnish 

    Method:

    • Press 5 mint leaves to activate their flavour
    • Add Feragaia, lime, honey, mint and mix until dissolved.
    • Add ice
    • Top with tonic and garnish with mint.
