What is Feragaia?
Bold by nature, Feragaia is a distilled alcohol-free spirit made from land and sea botanicals.
How is Feragaia made?
Feragaia’s process combines time-honoured distillation techniques with pioneering innovation. It brings together 14 responsibly sourced botanicals from both land and sea. The delicate flavours of flowers and leaves combine with the earthier notes of root botanicals and spices to create a complex and layered drink. These natural flavours are captured through multiple distillation runs, blended by hand and cut with Scottish water. The result: an uncompromising alcohol-free spirit, designed to stand alone.
What does Feragaia taste like?
Feragaia’s balanced flavours evolve with every sip. It opens with familiar citrus from blackcurrant leaf, kaffir lime and lemon verbena. A drawn-out herbaceous body is then introduced with nuances of chamomile, pink peppercorn and serrated wrack. This takes you all the way to a light smokey note and lengthy, warming finish from cayenne pepper. Citrus meets spice in a drink that is clean and complex. Sip and savour to discover its true nature.

No. It is 0.0% ABV and doesn’t touch alcohol at any point during the production process.
Is Feragaia an alcohol-free whisky?
Our ambition was twofold. Firstly, to create a spirit for people who don’t drink and have no interest in existing spirit categories, and secondly to offer something uncompromising to those who do drink but sometimes seek an alternative. Feragaia is naturally amber in colour and is made in the Scottish Lowlands. Therefore, whisky is the most frequent comparison. Whilst we take inspiration from the whisky style of drinking, Feragaia is not based on a whisky and bears no resemblance in taste.
Why is Feragaia £26.35?
Behind every bottle of Feragaia is a complex and labour-intensive process that is unique to us. There are multiple stages to the method of production that must be executed and monitored by hand. These include harvesting, steeping, filtering, distilling, blending, finishing and bottling. All carefully executed in an the far reaches of the Scottish Lowlands. In order to achieve the taste and intensity of Feragaia we must use many more botanicals, in far greater quantity, than you would traditionally see in the production of any alcoholic spirit. These 14 botanicals are locally sourced where possible, such as the seaweed, bay leaf and chamomile.
Does the drink change in flavour overtime?
Over time flavours will deepen a little as essential oils mix and flavours settle.
