Refund policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order when it arrives, please email: hi@feragaia.com, and we will resolve your problem as best we can.

Please note that bottles that have been opened and used cannot be returned. Any returns must be within 14 days of receipt of the order and refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
