50ml Feragaia standard measure

Paloma

Add 50ml Feragaia, 15ml fresh pink grapefruit juice, pinch of salt to a highball glass. Stir until dissolved, add ice, top with tonic and garnish with pink grapefruit.

Bramble

Add 50ml Feragaia, 6 foraged blackberries, 15ml fresh lemon juice to a rocks glass. Crush blackberries, mix, add ice, top with ginger ale and garnish with blackberries.

Sour

Add 50ml Feragaia, 10ml cloudy apple juice, 15ml fresh lemon, 10ml ginger syrup, 10ml aquafaba to a cocktail shaker. Shake, strain into a rocks glass and garnish with apple.

Land Collins

Add 50ml Feragaia, 20ml pine syrup (Douglas fir), 15ml fresh lemon juice to a highball glass. Add ice, top with soda and garnish with pine cutting.

Sea Collins

Add 50ml Feragaia, 20ml smoked seaweed syrup (Sugar kelp and lapsang souchong tea), 10ml white Modena vinegar to a highball glass. Add ice, top with soda and garnish with grapefruit dried sugar kelp.

Penicillin

Add 50ml Feragaia, 20ml honey syrup, 15ml fresh lemon juice to a rocks glass. Add ice, top with ginger ale and garnish with candied ginger.

Arnold Palmer

Add 50ml Feragaia, 50ml chamomile tea, half teaspoon of dark sugar to a highball glass. Stir until dissolved, add ice, top with bitter lemon and garnish with lemon.

Smokey Old Fashioned

Add 50ml Feragaia, 15ml lapsang souchong tea, 10ml ginger syrup and 5ml fresh lime juice to a rocks glass. Add ice block, stir for dilution and garnish with an orange twist.

Hot Toddy

Add 50ml Feragaia, 100ml ginger beer and 50ml water to a pan and gently heat. When warm pour into enamel cup and garnish with an orange twist.

Negroni

Add 50ml Feragaia, 20ml fresh cranberry, 10ml hibiscus syrup and 5ml alcohol-free amaro to a rocks glass. Add ice block, stir for dilution and garnish with an orange twist.

Wild Mojito

Add 50ml Feragaia, 15ml fresh lime juice, 10ml honey and 5 Mint leaves to a highball glass. Stir until dissolved, add ice, top with tonic and garnish with mint. *Seasonal option to add 10 gorse flowers for a tropical note.
