- Highball Glass
- 50ml Feragaia
- 20ml Smoked Seaweed Syrup (Sugar Kelp & Lapsang Souchong Tea)
- 10ml White Modena Vinegar
- Ice Cubes
- Soda
- Grapefruit Dried Sugar Kelp
How to make it...
Add 50ml Feragaia, 20ml smoked seaweed syrup, 10ml white Modena vinegar to a highball glass, add ice and top up with soda, garnish with grapefruit dried sugar kelp.
