What you'll need..

  • Highball Glass
  • 50ml Feragaia
  • 20ml Smoked Seaweed Syrup (Sugar Kelp & Lapsang Souchong Tea)
  • 10ml White Modena Vinegar
  • Ice Cubes
  • Soda
  • Grapefruit Dried Sugar Kelp

How to make it...

Add 50ml Feragaia, 20ml smoked seaweed syrup, 10ml white Modena vinegar to a highball glass, add ice and top up with soda, garnish with grapefruit dried sugar kelp.
