COVID 19: Please note that international orders may be subject to delays due to the disruption caused by COVID 19.

Feragaia use the most reliable and cost effective shipping method available. For UK orders we use either via Royal mail 24hr or 48hr or Parcelforce overnight as per the shipment request at checkout and with weight restrictions considered.

Typically your order should be delivered within 1-2 days from receipt of order. Customers will be sent an email and/or SMS with delivery information from our fulfilment partners. Your satisfaction is really important to us. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order when it arrives, please email: hi@feragaia.com, and we will resolve your problem as best we can.

Please note that bottles that have been opened and used cannot be returned. Any returns must be within 14 days of receipt of the order and refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
